Patriotic and Wildlife Works of Art by Rick Kelley
Artist Rick Kelley From Rick's Bio on his website he writes (somewhat paraphrased..) that he is an avid outdoorsman and naturalist and that he donates a lot of his artwork to causes and organizations supporting conservation efforts. The Bio goes on to say that over $12 million has been raised through the sale of Rick's art prints by Ducks Unlimited and other organizations.
Rick's life history is a visual journal of his adventures and experiences and a beginning, at age ten, of his development as an artist. During his youth, Rick lived with his family in the great state of Montana.. and, the viewer can easily see that a great many of his works have been inspired by the magnificence of the land and its creatures. Rick's work is a true blending of the emotions of the land and the creatures that walk or fly above it. For those of us who believe in a living Earth and its significance on our lives, Rick's work is a permanent visual reminder.
